messenger communication was missing, there were problems with Wi-Fi connection and the shower was broken, and the enterance to the house was not working for 2 days, was hard to enter the appartment the last 2 days. The maintenecne arrived but couldn't fix it.

highly recomanded place in Karlsruhe for family and more
Positive: The two bedrooms were separated by the shower room and the toilet room (separation that was great by itself)! the living room was convenient and separated from the kitchen, with a balcony we weren't able to use because of the cold, but was nice to have. the hallways were wide and one of the elevators was big (a big bonus when traveling with two strollers). All in all - very positive experience for a fair price.
Negative: We had an unsolved issue with the heating in the shower room, an issue that required a more serious treatment, so during our stay, we didn't have heating in the shower room, but it wasn't a major issue for us as the rest of the apartment had excellent heating and the water was boiling hot.
Also, there was some misunderstanding re some basic amenities, but it was pleasantly solved right away.
Note that on weekends, the frequency of the public transportation reduces dramatically (a tram to main train station on sunday morning runs only once in half an hour).
Bon rapport qualité-prix
Positive: Appartement rénové. Préparé selon notre demande. Bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Calme. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Check in et check out très facile grâce aux codes reçus. Situé à 10-15 minutes de marche du centre.
Negative: Plus de possibilité de réserver une place de parking. Le nettoyage de l'appartement aurait pu être plus minutieux, notamment la cuisine. Sinon, rien à redire.
